Elix-IRR Appoints Margaret Miller as Partner

LONDON, September 10, 2010 - Elix-IRR today announced the appointment of Margaret Miller as a partner
and member of the global leadership team. Based in the New York office,
Maggie will lead the US practice.

Maggie brings to Elix-IRR extensive experience as a CIO with major
corporations such as Dell, Marsh & McLennan, J. Sainsbury and Warner Music
Group. Maggie is also a member of the International Advisory Board of the
Open University Business School, and mentor for Columbia University's M.Sc.
in Information Systems Management.

Maggie has 20 years' experience of designing, implementing and managing
IT and BPO outsourcing relationships including transactional point sourcing
solutions, multi-vendor smart-sourced solutions and single sourced
transformational deals with onshore and offshore vendors. Maggie's skills and
experience are right at the heart of the services Elix-IRR provide to our
clients.
