Enovos Supports Luxemburg's New International Professional Cycling Team With Full Energy

STRASSEN, Luxembourg, January 6, 2011 - Enovos is delighted to have closed a new sponsorship
deal: as part of a three-year sponsorship agreement due to start in 2011, the
energy provider will become involved in the world of professional cycling as
sponsor of the new international cycling team from Luxemburg. Having just
been awarded Pro Team status from the UCI, they rank alongside the best teams
of the coming season.

Enovos is the main provider of natural gas, electricity and services in
the Greater Region particularly in Luxemburg, and serves a growing number of
international customers ranging from industrial clients to municipal
distributors and private households. Jean Lucius, CEO of Enovos Luxembourg

Enovos has already established an attractive customer base in Germany,
France, Belgium and Austria and intends to strengthen and develop its
presence in the B2B segment of the natural gas and electricity sectors of
these countries. The international team, headed by Luxemburg brothers Andy
and Frank Schleck
, will guarantee media presence across Europe, featuring
cyclists such as Fabian Cancellara (Switzerland), Jens Voigt, Linus
Gerdemann
, Fabian Wegmann (Germany), Daniele Bennati (Italy), Stuart O`Grady
(Australia) and Maxime Monfort (Belgium).

As an innovative and customer-oriented company, the Luxemburg energy
provider is aware of the passion for cycling in Luxemburg and has been
actively involved in the sport for some time. Amongst many other sporting
events, Enovos has been sponsoring cycling events like the "Gala Tour de
France" and the "Tour de Luxembourg" for quite some time.

provider Enovos Luxembourg S.A., the network operator Creos Luxembourg S.A.
