Fairfax Meadow Shortlisted for IT in Manufacturing Award

NOTTINGHAM, England, November 24, 2010 - Fairfax Meadow, the UK's largest national catering butcher, has been
shortlisted for The Manufacturer IT in Manufacturing Award 2010. The award
ceremony will take place at Chesford Grange in Warwickshire on 18th November
2010.

Fairfax Meadow has embarked on an ambitious long term IT strategy to
drive operational efficiencies throughout the whole organisation. At the
heart of their plan is the implementation of a new ERP solution, Microsoft
Dynamics AX, which runs throughout the business connecting all functions,
processes and departments.
