"Fergie" Interview With Oprah Winfrey to Air on Diva TV

Diva TV has the UK Premiere Episode on Saturday 5th June

LONDON, June 2, 2010 - The Duchess of York's interview on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" is to be
screened in the UK, Universal Networks International announced today.

Diva TV, which transmits the premieres of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in the
UK, will broadcast the first interview with the disgraced Duchess on Saturday
5th June at 5pm.

"Fergie" tells Oprah: "I was out of control with desperation. Now I have
to move forward. I will beg for forgiveness." In a taped interview on the
Oprah Winfrey show which aired in the US yesterday, she dabbed away tears as
she watched the film of the "sting".

The Queen of Chat Winfrey opens the interview by playing "Fergie" the
footage secretly filmed by the News of the World - which the Duchess had
never viewed before - of her accepting $500,000 in return for her securing
the undercover reporter access to Prince Andrew.

"We are the only UK channel which will be airing the exclusive interview
with Sarah Ferguson on the Oprah Winfrey Show within days of the original US
