LOS ANGELES, February 16, 2010 - Morris Polich & Purdy LLP is pleased to announce that, as part of an
initiative to expand their practice, the firm welcomes five new real estate
and commercial litigation attorneys who have joined MPP's newest office in
San Francisco. Located in the Embarcadero Center, this office enables MPP to
provide clients in Northern California the high level of service for which
they are well-known in Southern California and Nevada.

Jeffrey Belote, Conrad Breece, Elizabeth England, Timothy Flaherty and
Nancy Perham bring a wealth of experience to MPP's Real Estate and Commercial
Litigation practice. The addition of these attorneys dramatically increases
MPP's ability to handle real estate litigation and transactional work, and
strengthens the bridge between their existing Real Estate, Environmental and
Construction law practices.

"We are very excited to welcome this distinguished team to our firm,"
says Managing Partner Don Ridge. "Their vast and diverse set of experience
and skills contribute to MPP's already noteworthy dedication to client
service; our clients will reap the benefits of their expert advice and
counsel."
