Former SAP Vice President Joins Vistex

WALLDORF, Germany, March 26, 2010 - Vistex is pleased to announce that Udo Hannemann, a long-time SAP senior
manager, will join Vistex GmbH as Vice President of Business Development for
Europe, effective immediately. Mr. Hannemann's expertise in the Consumer
Products and Trading industries (Retail and Wholesale Distribution) will
strengthen Vistex's competency and enhance its solution deployment
capabilities across Europe.

During his 17 years at SAP, Mr. Hannemann proved himself in several
positions within SAP. Starting as a logistics consultant for the first SAP
R/3 ERP implementation(s), he gained valuable experience in consulting,
sales, solution management, product development, and management. He led a
successful implementation of SAP at the then world's second largest retail
company, and was instrumental in developing the SAP for Wholesale
Distribution industry solution. As an SAP Vice President, Mr. Hannemann was
responsible for Consumer Industries Field Service, SAP's Wholesale & Trade
Industries Business Unit, and SAP's Enterprise Service-Oriented Architecture
(SOA) Adaptation Program.
