GOVECS Wins "European e-Scooter of the Year" Award

MUNICH, May 10, 2011 - The GOVECS GO! S2.4 has been awarded the "European e-Scooter of the
Year". The award was presented as part of the prestigious "Clean Week 2020"
event which took place on the 4th and 5th May 2011 at Belgium's Zolder Grand
Prix circuit.

The international competition was judged by a panel of distinguished
motorcycle journalists from Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain,
Scandinavia, Great Britain, Switzerland and Austria. Extremely strict
criteria were applied in the areas of: fuel consumption (together with
emissions and noise output), range, recharge time, recommended retail price,
driving performance, design/style, handling/comfort, availability and
quality. The "Clean Week 2020" e-Scooter prizes were awarded for vehicles
with a speed of less than 25 km/h, for those in the most commonly used 45
km/h class and those vehicles with a speed over 45 km/h. With its GO! S2.4
model, GOVECS took the award in the most important and competitive 45 km/h
class.

The "European e-Scooter of the Year" award is of particular significance
to GOVECS as the company is looking to expand its international operation in
the future. The company has plans to become represented by an importer in
