LONDON, December 1 - Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP, the firm recently established in London by
international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, announced that Lyndon Norley
will be joining the firm as a shareholder to establish its Restructuring
Practice. Lyndon is the 14th shareholder hire in the rapidly growing firm,
which now includes over 25 lawyers.

Norley was formerly the head of the European restructuring practice in
the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. His practice
includes advising debtors and creditors, including bondholders and other
stakeholders, in complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings. Norley has been
recognized as a leading restructuring and insolvency lawyer in both the Legal
500 and Chambers directories.

"Lyndon knows how to help both creditors and debtors best protect their
interests in all types of formal and informal restructurings and bankruptcy
proceedings," said Paul Maher, Chairman of Greenberg Traurig Maher's London
office. "He is one of the UK's leading restructuring lawyers and an ideal
addition to the firm as we establish our Restructuring Practice."

"We've said from the beginning that we were committed to a first rate
presence in London that would be fully empowered on the ground to serve our
diverse client base in the range of practices that are important to our firm
and its clients, while responding to a perceived market need for a firm that
would not just talk, but would actually deliver both quality and value from a
platform created for today's world," said Richard A. Rosenbaum, Greenberg
Traurig's President. "Lyndon is the latest evidence of this commitment, is
well connected to our highly regarded global restructuring practice, and will
bring to our clients and firm a highly skilled restructuring specialist who
will be of critical importance to the strategic expansion of both our London
and European presence in today's uncertain economy."

"Lyndon is a valuable addition to Greenberg Traurig's 90-lawyer
restructuring team, further expanding our capability to advise clients
involved in bankruptcies and reorganizations in jurisdictions around the
world," said Bruce R. Zirinsky, New York-based co-chair of the firm's
Business Reorganization & Bankruptcy Practice. "Having previously worked with
Lyndon, I know firsthand the insights and expertise he brings to the table
when guiding clients through a restructuring."

"It has been my ambition for many years to develop a fully-integrated and
coordinated transatlantic restructuring practice," Norley added. "Greenberg
Traurig shares that ambition and I look forward to working with my U.S. and
UK colleagues to achieve that goal."
