Haka Rugby World Cup Challenge Unveiled by Sedgley Park U16s

MANCHESTER, England, October 12, 2011 -
Manchester based Sedgley Park U16s team has teamed up with First TransPennine Express (FTPE) to show their support to the England rugby team following their elimination from the Rugby World Cup this weekend, in a Haka challenge they hope will offer some light hearted solace to England’s rugby fans.
But the team soon learnt that, just like in the Rugby World Cup, there is the odd curveball to be found, when their tribute was interrupted by FTPE mascot Tommy Ticket*.
The lads were keen to declare war on Tommy Ticket and showed him their no fear approach with an impromptu Haka followed by a massive price crunching tackle.
The team is encouraging customers across the north of England to visit www.tpexpress.co.uk and look how ticket prices can be tackled. Great value savings of up to 50% can be made with no booking fee.
In addition, from Monday 10th October, www.tpexpress.co.uk/sale will be hosting a one week only sale where customers can receive a further 25% discount.

*No mascots were injured in the making of this video, although some of the u16s coaches might have felt the pain of the team’s tackles as retribution for the recent pre-season.
