LONDON, May 28, 2010 - ICIS Heren, the publisher of energy market information, is pleased to
announce the opening of a new office in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Market liquidity and traded volumes have increased significantly in
continental European gas markets in recent years, with the Dutch TTF leading
the way. Growth has also accelerated since the merger of Germany's trading
