'IEBV Publishes First Half Year Report 2010'

AMSTERDAM, July 28, 2010 - International Endesa BV (IEBV) has published its half year report of
2010. During the first six months of 2010, IEBV earned 2,063,575 euros. The
company performed the management and administration activities on its
financial assets and liabilities, including ECP, MTN, private placement,
intercompany loans and financial derivatives. The first half year report of
