LONDON, February 15, 2011 - Global interim management (www.impactexecutives.com/) provider,
Impact Executives celebrated its 21st birthday this week by hosting a special
night with 100 of its key interim executives at their Annual Reception held
in the glittering Crystal Room of the May Fair Hotel.

There was a great turn out and Impact Executives used the milestone to
mark the announcement of their brand refresh, following a recent restructure
to the business.

It also identified a new alliance with Kids Company - as its charity of
choice.

The Kids Company was founded by Camila Batmanghelidjh in 1996, aiming to
provide practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city
children.

David Gustave, the Educational Motivator for The Kids Company, was a
keynote speaker at the reception where he spoke with great passion about the
work that he and the people involved are doing to make a difference to the
lives of exceptionally vulnerable and traumatised children and young people.

David is himself an inspiration, having been raised in Peckham, London
where he confronted verbal and physical abuse. At 16 he left home and not
until he was 30 did personal events spark a desire to change the course of
his life. Encouraged and supported by his Union he pursued his education,
graduating from Oxford University with a degree in History.

After Oxford, David won a number of Scholarships from the Middle Temple
to pursue a career at the Bar. It was here that he decided to make a
difference and impart his knowledge at a street-level and he has been working
with Kids Company for the past four years.

David is responsible (within Kids Company) for the programme that
supports 76 young people through University. He is currently mentoring 18
young people, who against all the odds have won a place at University.

Christine de Largy, from Impact Executives, commented, "We cannot think
of a better mentor and Impact Executives are proud to support the work of the
team at Kids Company in any way we can."

About The Kids Company

The Kids Company was founded by Camila Batmanghelidjh in 1996, aiming to
provide practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city
children. Their services reach 14,000 children across London, including the
most deprived and at risk whose parents are unable to care for them due to
their own practical and emotional challenges. For many, the roles of adult
and child are reversed and, despite profound love, both struggle to survive.
