LOS ANGELES -

- Prestigious Awards Underscore Integreon’s Ability to Deliver Quality Service and Cost Savings

Integreon, the global leader in integrated knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) and legal process outsourcing (LPO), today announced that the Financial Times awarded Integreon’s Middle Office outsourcing client Osborne Clarke (www.osborneclarke.com/our_people/firmwide/4130.asp), a U.K. top 30 law firm, its highest honors, the FT “Innovative Lawyers Award” for innovative law firm management. Integreon also announced today that the Managing Partners’ Forum has similarly recognized Osborne Clarke with its “Innovation in Practice” legal award. Simon Beswick, Osborne Clarke’s senior managing partner, accepted both awards at back to back award ceremonies held in London on October 21 and 22, 2009. The FT published a full award write-up in the FT Innovative Lawyers Report 2009 (rankings.ft.com/innovativelawyers/law-firm-management-2009). MPF published a full award write-up in a summary of the MPF European Practice Management Awards (www.mpfglobal.com/awards/index.aspx).

FT and the MPF each selected Osborne Clarke from many nominations based on the firm’s pioneering approach to outsourcing its middle office support functions. Osborne Clarke sought domain expertise and cultural compatibility and conducted a thorough evaluation process, which resulted in awarding Integreon a seven-year, 50 million pounds Sterling agreement. The firm worked closely with Integreon to develop a suite of custom services, culminating in Integreon opening the first UK shared legal services centre in Bristol earlier this year.

“We congratulate Osborne Clarke on receiving such prestigious awards for law practice innovation,” said John Croft, president of global sales and marketing, Integreon. “Osborne Clarke demonstrated true vision in conceiving, well before the current economic challenges, the need for a new way to support lawyers and free firm management to focus on strategic action. The firm has broken ground for any large law firm considering middle office outsourcing using a mix of on-site, onshore, offshore, and multi-shore resources.”

“Our firm is honored to receive recognition from both the FT and MPF. The ‘Innovative Lawyers Award’ and the ‘European Practice Management Award’ are recognized globally as two of the hardest awards to win, and therefore most meaningful,” said Beswick. “Our clients, who have benefited from a rate freeze enabled by our middle office outsourcing, have given us very positive feedback about this initiative. We are delighted to achieve recognition as well from the FT and MPF. Our work with Integreon has gone even better than we had expected and we continue to discuss with them how to extend the new service model to provide even more benefits for our clients and the firm.”
