Itau Unibanco Has Better Brazilian Program of Investor Relations

Bank wins main category of the IR Magazine Awards

SAO PAULO, July 20, 2010 - Itau Unibanco (NYSE: ITUB) won two major categories of the IR Magazine
Awards Brazil 2010: "Grand Prix: Best IR Program for large caps" and Roberto
Setubal, president of the bank, received the award of Best IR Performance for
CEO or CFO."

The awards are sponsored by the IR Magazine in partnership with Revista
RI and the Brazilian Institute of Investor Relations (IBRI). The result is
obtained through a survey carried out by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV)
including 500 portfolio managers and investment analysts.

"This award reinforces the fact that we are on the right track. We know
we have a great responsibility because we are among the 10 largest banks in
terms of market value, that's why we are increasingly committed to good
corporate governance. I also believe that a major factor that led us to
receive this award was the quality and frequency of the meetings we held with
investors and analysts in Brazil and abroad, which were always carefully
prepared," says Roberto Setubal, Itau Unibanco.

Last year, the bank was the company that held the largest number of
meetings with shareholders in Brazil, with 22 Apimec (Association of
Investment Analysts and Professionals of the Capital Market) meetings. The
calendar also included ten meetings abroad - in the United States, Europe,
Asia, United Arab Emirates, and Latin America.

Also in 2009, Itau Unibanco, provided support to more than 400 analysts.
In 2010, the institution is keeping the pace. Among the relations with these
stakeholders, one of the highlights is the sponsorship of Expomoney - a fair
of financial education events and personal investments. In the current year,
Itau Unibanco participated in 11 corporate fairs, becoming even closer to
investors and investment professionals and contributing to increased
disclosure about the company.

In addition to the IR Magazine Awards Brazil 2010, the program of
Investor Relations of Itau Unibanco has received other major awards in recent
years. It is worth of note to mention that in 2010 the Bank received for the
5th time in the last 12 years the award of Best Publicly Listed Brazilian
Company of Apimec.
