Reinforcing the Executive Management Team to Facilitate Global Expansion

a specialist information security and advanced networking firm, today
announced a Board restructure and new senior appointments. The new structure
consolidates the strengths of the group to support the future direction and
growth objectives. In particular global expansion and an increased portfolio
of specialised consultancy, integration and managed services.

With effect from 1st September 2010 the new structure is:

Co-founder Tom Millar, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsible for managing global sales; customer relationship management;
leading the board in strategic planning

Co-founder Kevin Whelan, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Responsible for strategic technology decisions; lead architect on high
end technical consultancy assignments

Co-founder Roberto Veiga, Chief Service and Delivery Officer (CSO)

Responsible for project and service delivery; consultancy services;
service management

Joining the Board:

Simon Rogan, Non Executive Director

Advising on sales and marketing strategy, internal communications,
culture and best practices

Ian Evans, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsible for financial management and controls; legal and corporate
affairs

Daniel Merriott, Operations Director

Responsible for product and service platforms; internal IT operations; HR
practices; risk management; operational efficiencies

Simon joined ITC in July 2010 and has over 27 years experience in the IT
communications industry. This includes careers with Xerox, Case Communication
and AT&T. In 1995 Simon set-up Sirocom, a leading UK managed network
provider, which was sold to Azzurri Communications in 2007.

Ian joined ITC in April 2010 and has worked in the IT industry for over
15 years, and is accustomed to dynamic, fast-growth environments. Ian's most
recent roles were at Inclarity and Sirocom where he worked with Simon to take
the business through a successful trade sale to Azzurri Communications.

Daniel joined ITC in January 2009 and has over 12 years hands-on
technical and management experience gained from strategic consulting and
senior management roles at companies including BBC Worldwide, Rabobank
International, and Satyam Computer Services. Daniel holds an Executive MBA
from London Business School, and is a Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP) and a Chartered IT Professional.
