ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, February 28, 2010 - On April 26th and 27th, LatinFinance and the Gulf Latin America Leaders
Council will hold the 2nd Latin America Mid-East Investors Forum (LA-MEIF) in
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This unique conference will connect a
delegation of investors and financial leaders based in the Mid-East with a
select group of Latin American companies and funds offering attractive and
new investment and partnership opportunities.

This interregional initiative is the only of its kind, and is very timely
considering recent investments and partnerships between the Mid-East and
Latin America. Delegates have two days to meet and engage with Latin American
issuers and investors, and will be enrolled in the LatinFinance 1-1 Meeting
Planner upon registering. Five weeks prior to the event, the 1-1 Meeting
Planner will open for all event attendees to arrange meetings with each
other.

The 1-1 meetings will be complimented by a series of panel discussions
and networking opportunities so that both groups - Mid-East investors as well
as Latin American companies and funds - can learn about each other and what
it takes to get a successful deal done.

The conference is co-hosted by LatinFinance and the Gulf Latin America
Leaders Council (GLLC) and is supported by the following sponsors: Majlis
Investment Management, Physis Partners, Brilla Group, Corporacion Andina de
Fomento (CAF), Knightsbridge Partners and Nexxus Capital. Supporting media
outlets include Zawya, Dubai Beat, International Financing Review, Business
News Americas and ISI Emerging Markets.

Global Special Situations of ADIC (UAE), the CEO of Banobras (Mexico), the
