Leading Mining Executives Built Ongoing Business Relationships at Next Generation Mining Australia Summit in Perth

Next Generation Mining Australia, which took place from 27th - 29th September The Vines Resort, Swan Valley, Perth provided leading executives with an ideal framework for new business relationships to flourish.

The summit saw senior level executives from mining companies across Australia meet to discuss objectives such as the optimisation of mining infrastructure in a relaxed and vibrant environment. Speakers included leading industry professionals such as; Chris de Lavigne, Global VP of Consulting, Frost and Sullivan; Peter Meurs, Director of Development, Fortescue Metals; and Gavina Rhoda, National Business Development Manager, ET Group. Leading mining companies including Pennington Scott, Mammoet, and Mainpac sponsored the event.

Executives had ample opportunity to network with peers. A total of 16 workshops covered a range of exciting and pressing topics for the mining industry. Topics included sustaining competitive advantage, available mining solutions, risk management, climate change, water resources, electrical energy use in mining, exploration, and much more.
