LUXEMBOURG, May 27, 2010 - MACH, the leading provider of hub-based mobile communications exchange
solutions, mach.com announced that Tue From Hermansen, Director, Next
Generation Solutions, will deliver a presentation on WiMAX roaming, entitled
'The WiMAX Roaming Business Case,' on 16th June, 2010 during the WiMAX Forum
Global Congress 2010, to be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

In addition, Ramon Castillo, MACH Technical Product Manager, has been
selected to chair the subsequent panel discussion entitled 'What will WiMAX
Roaming Look Like? Collaborating to Realise the Global Ambition of the WiMAX
Proposition.'

"While WiMAX provides an important evolutionary step in 4G mobile
communications, it also presents challenges for successful deployment for
communications service providers because of the inherent complexity involved
in implementing WiMAX roaming," said Tue From Hermansen. "The current
'spaghetti model' of bilateral agreements will no longer be efficient, cost
effective or even feasible with WiMAX. A hubbing model is the ideal, and some
would say the only, solution for WMAX roaming implementation."

Hermansen's presentation will address the advantages of adopting a
hubbing model for implementing WiMAX roaming versus the establishment of a
myriad of bilateral roaming agreements amongst global operators of all kinds.
Hermansen will examine the differences between a connection HUB + bilateral
RP approach and a connection HUB + multilateral approach. He will conclude
the session with a brief overview of the business case for WiMAX roaming.

Castillo's panel will discuss the readiness of WiMAX roaming and the
business models, both post paid and prepaid, that will support it. During the
panel, operators will be invited to share their experiences related to both
national and international roaming.

Both Hermansen and Castillo will leverage their combined 26 years of
experience in the wireless roaming market and their experiences working with
MACH's mobile roaming customers and the company's family of managed hubbing
solutions, which include the Link2One roaming hub, SMS and MMS hub, dual IMSI
and inter standard roaming (ISR) services. MACH's world-class expertise in
hub-based mobile communications exchange solutions and its HUB-XC(R) suite of
integrated hubbing applications and managed services connect any provider of
any mobile application over any technology to build, deliver and monetise
customer-centric mobile business models.
