Maris Interiors Design and Fit-Out Remarkable New Azerbaijani Restaurant BAKU

Maris Interiors LLP, the UK’s leading designers of workplaces, hotels and restaurants; have added BAKU in London to their long list of recent projects.

BAKU is entirely unique - located on Sloane Street in the heart of London’s Knightsbridge, and specialising in Azerbaijani cuisine. An exciting Eurasian menu has been created by world renowned and award-winning chef King Dey - fusing Azerbaijani heritage with modern European influences.

Spanning three floors, and featuring a grand feature staircase, one of the largest open kitchens in the UK, and a genuinely breath-taking feature window - BAKU Restaurant has already been described in the press as “impossibly opulent”.

Maris Interiors worked closely with BAKU owners UEI on this project - remodelling the entire building into this stunning landmark restaurant. Every fixture, fitting and fabric was entirely bespoke to the project, and designed by Maris.
