Maris Interiors on Track for Record Year

LONDON, May 18, 2011 - Maris Interiors LLP has reaffirmed its status as the UK's
leading specialist in Workplace design and creation, celebrating 55 new
business wins in 2011 and a company record of 31 projects currently on site.

New business wins include the 42,000 sq ft Headquarters
fit-out for Notting Hill Housing Trust, one of London's largest Housing
Associations; 10,000 sq ft fit-out at 125 Shaftesbury Avenue for Gucci Group
whose brands include Gucci, Alexander McQueen and Yves Saint Laurent; 6,500
sq ft fit-out on behalf of Lucidus Capital Partners LLP at 55 New Bond
Street; 23,000 sq ft fit-out on behalf of Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust;
14,000 sq ft fit-out at Mid-City Place on behalf of Europe's leading Economic
Consultancy, Frontier Economics and 6,000 sq ft fit-out for SCOR Global Life,
following on from the successful 22,000 sq ft fit-out completed for SCOR at
Lime Street in 2009.

Following on from the successful completion of Age UK's 58,000
sq ft fit-out at Tavistock Square, Maris currently have a record 31 projects
on site including a GBP1m fit-out at Hammersmith's Metro Building on behalf
of CE Europe, a London based subsidiary of Capcom, the world leading Japanese
developer and distributor of video games; 8,000 sq ft fit-out at Panton House
on behalf of Sonatrach Petroleum; 10,000 sq ft fit-out at Berkeley Square
House on behalf of Brazilian Investment Bank BTG Pactual and 8,000 sq ft
fit-out for The Moving Picture Company, the Oscar and BAFTA nominated post
production house.

Further projects of note include the installation of 400
workstations at AXA Winterthur's Basingstoke premises; 340 workstations for
Friends Life at their new London premises at One New Change and a 200
workstation installation that supported Maris' 20,000 sq ft fit-out at 10
Fleet Place on behalf of leading IP solutions provider and long term Maris
Client, Global Crossing.
