Former EMEA Head Returns to Run New York Office and Build Global Business

NEW YORK, October 25, 2010 - Cohn & Wolfe announced today that Mark Cater has rejoined the agency as
President of its New York office, home to Cohn & Wolfe's global headquarters
and its largest office. Cater was previously director of Cohn & Wolfe's EMEA
region. He starts November 22.

As President of Cohn & Wolfe New York, Cater will manage the office's
day-to-day operations, client service and business development activities.
Additionally, he will leverage his extensive global experience to help build
the agency's global business in partnership with Cohn & Wolfe offices and
affiliates around the world. U.S. Corporate Head Michael Bayer, who was
appointed Deputy Managing Director of the New York office earlier this year,
will continue in that role, working with Cater to build the office and its
practices. Cater joins from Chamberlain Healthcare PR where he was Managing
Director, UK and Europe. He will report to Donna Imperato, global CEO of Cohn
& Wolfe.

"I am absolutely thrilled to have Mark back at Cohn & Wolfe. Quite
simply, he is one of the best talents in the industry. His extensive global
and healthcare experience will quickly make him an indispensable resource to
our New York office and global clients," said Imperato. "Our New York office
has had a tremendous run of new business in 2010. Mark's immense talent,
professionalism and experience will surely help carry that momentum forward."

"I always loved Cohn & Wolfe's creative culture, palpable energy and
determination to extract the most inspired and original ideas from its
people," said Cater. "The New York office boasts an incredibly diverse range
of capabilities and clients, and I'm excited about the opportunity to lead
one of the most dynamic work environments in the industry."

In his previous role at Cohn & Wolfe, Cater built the agency's offering
across EMEA following the 2008 merger with GCI Group, bringing former GCI
offices under the C&W brand and adding a Middle East and North Africa
sub-region and a joint venture partnership in Africa. He also led key clients
for the region across a range of industries. Before the EMEA role, Cater was
CEO of GCI Group London, where he successfully restructured the office prior
to the merger. He also brings extensive healthcare expertise. In addition to
his recent role with Chamberlain, Cater was Partner and Director of Global
Healthcare for Ketchum, and held a healthcare leadership role at Edelman.
