Mastermailer Lose Patent Decision

LONDON, February 22, 2010 - After a thorough investigation by the Patent Office it has now been
proven that claims 1-5 of the Everseal Patent would be infringed by the
Mastermailer product.

Everseal Mailers are delighted with this decision which comes following a
highly vexatious campaign waged by Mastermailer in an attempt to discredit
the Everseal product, employees and advisors.

This decision means that Mastermailer will have to significantly alter
their production methods in order not to infringe the Everseal Patent.

Further legal action is planned if Mastermailer continue to infringe the
Everseal Patent.
