Steve Epstein Joins Fried Frank's M&A Practice

NEW YORK, February 22, 2010 - Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Steve
Epstein
has joined the Firm as a partner in the mergers and acquisitions
practice group resident in New York. He joins the Firm from O'Melveny & Myers
LLP, where he was a partner in the mergers & acquisitions group.

Mr. Epstein has a diverse transactional practice which includes strategic
M&A and private equity transactions. He has represented both public and
private companies, investment banking firms and financial sponsors in
connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, takeover preparedness,
and corporate governance matters. He also has significant experience in
unsolicited M&A transactions, representing clients in both offensive and
defensive situations.

Mr. Epstein received his JD from Fordham University School of Law, where
