McKinnon & Clarke Unveils New Corporate Image

DUNFERMLINE, Scotland, July 2, 2010 - McKinnon & Clarke, one of the largest energy procurement and compliance
specialists in Europe, has unveiled a new corporate identity. Effective from
1st July, the company will be known as M&C Energy Group. The corporate
website has also been rebranded and will now be called

The company, headquartered in Fife, has just completed the acquisition of
energy risk specialist, Encore for GBP6.25million. The company is confident
that its new name and identity will enhance its image and support M&C Energy
Group's goal to become a major global player in the field of energy,
