quarter of 2010.

    Operating Highlights 3Q10 vs 2Q10

    - 7.6 million members, an increase of 6.0% (20.8% over 3Q09)
    - 14.4 billion points issued, a growth of 17.9%
    - 4.6 billion points redeemed, an increase of 44.2%
    - Breakage ratio of 26.9%, versus 29.5%

    Financial Highlights 3Q10 vs 2Q10

    - Gross Billings of points of R$ 300.0 million, up by 13.6%
    - Net Revenue of R$ 130.0 million, an increase of 39.1%
    - Adjusted EBITDA of R$ 101.2 million, growth of 12.2% (margin of 33.7%)
    - Net Income of R$ 41.4 million, an increase of 79.0% (margin of 33.0%)
