SHENYANG, China, May 24, 2010 - Neusoft Medical Systems Co., Ltd. (Neusoft Medical), a wholly-owned

"2010 Frost & Sullivan New Product Innovation Award" from Frost & Sullivan, a
world-renowned consulting and research corporation, for its remarkable

The Frost & Sullivan's New Product Innovation Award recognizes
outstanding enterprises annually, which score achievements in R&D strategy
for new products, technical innovation, customer service and market
performance. Through in-depth research and comprehensive assessment, Frost &
Sullivan named Neusoft Medical the recipient of this year's award, which
demonstrated Neusoft Medical's superior performance in sustaining innovation
and customer services.
