Nordic Shared Services the Gold Standard

SSON has united a group of top level Shared Services
and Outsourcing professionals from around the
Nordic region to help deliver a focused and highly relevant
meeting. Following months of regional research, the
Nordic Shared Services and Outsourcing Forum will be running
in Stockholm on the 11th - 12th of October
this year.

The group will host a meeting tailored to advancing key
objectives and overcoming the major challenges specific to the
operation of Shared Services and Outsourcing models in the Nordic
region. Throughout the two days, key industry players Will discuss
major issues around Strategy and Growth, Change Management &
Corporate Governance and Achieving Operational Excellence.

In addition this year sees the launch of the Gold Standard
Leadership Stream.

This stream is designed to craft a vision for the next
generation of Shared Services & Outsourcing practitioners and
help to establish guiding principles and benchmarks to achieve that
