Northrop Grumman Highlights Civil Defence and National Security Capabilities at Counter Terror Expo 2010 Exhibition, London

LONDON, April 12, 2010 - Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) will highlight a range of its
integrated capabilities dedicated to civil defence, national security and
resilience at the Counter Terror Expo 2010 conference and exhibition being
held in London.

Counter Terror Expo, the international exhibition and conference
dedicated to addressing the continuing worldwide threat from terrorism, takes
place from 14-15 April at the National Hall, Olympia, London. The Northrop
Grumman exhibit stand will be at location F 15.

"Nations today face increasingly diverse risks and evolving threats to
their security. Our comprehensive range of technologies from unmanned ground
vehicle systems for surveillance and remote handling of threats, to advanced
communication and information management systems put Northrop Grumman at the
forefront of international capabilities available to meet these challenges,"
said Sir Nigel Essenhigh, chief executive of Northrop Grumman's Information
Systems sector in Europe. "The solutions we have on display demonstrate our
expertise in the integration of complex information systems and the tangible
benefits that these can bring."

Northrop Grumman UK will showcase a cross-section of its civil defence
and security solutions with equipment, displays and presentations of key
technologies.

The Northrop Grumman exhibit will feature its capability in unmanned
ground vehicle systems for remote handling of hazardous threats including
bomb disposal and tactical and surveillance operations. On display will be
the new and improved Wheelbarrow Mk 9 and the medium-sized Caliber T5
unmanned ground vehicles providing a range of remote capabilities for law
enforcement and bomb disposal operations.

Northrop Grumman's biometric data capture and information search
capability for rapid identity management will also be on display. BioTRAC is
an electronic mobile scanning system integrated with a ruggedized laptop
computer which enables fingerprint, face and iris image capture together with
rapid biometric matching capabilities. Captured biometric information can be
sent to local policing databases as well as national and international
repositories. Livescan is a system for electronically capturing finger and
palm print images and demographic data. The devices allow real-time searching
of the UK's national biometric and fingerprint database on the system known
as IDENT1. Livescan is currently deployed by police forces throughout
England, Wales and Scotland providing significant operational benefits.

Featured also will be Northrop Grumman's leading capability in tactical
command and control systems based on the software application Command and
Control for the PC (C2PC). Presentations will be available showing
surveillance and intelligence solutions based on the core capabilities
provided by the Integrated Tactical Command and Control system (I-TaCCS) a
land, sea and air and dismounted soldier-based C4I solution.

In service in more than 40 countries with 100,000 users, C2PC provides a
common tactical picture for operational command and control, improving
situational awareness and enhancing operational and tactical decision making.
C2PC provides the user interface/core functionality for many operations
command systems around the world including NATO's Maritime Command & Control
System (MCCIS), the UK MoD's Joint Operations Command System (JOCS) and Royal
Navy Command Support System (RNCSS).

Northrop Grumman will demonstrate its Command Point computer-aided
dispatch application. The company is currently designing, developing and will
implement a new computer-aided dispatch system using Command Point for the
London Ambulance Service to handle emergency calls and ambulance movements.
The new system will be fully operational to support the London Ambulance
Service during the 2012 London Olympics.
