Redwood Shores, Calif. – Sept. 7, 2011

News Facts

Eesti Energia, an Estonian state-owned energy company, has gone live with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management in anticipation of a deregulated market expected in 2013.
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing forms the basis of a new customer self-service platform that enables the utility to bring new products and services to market quicker—reducing delivery time from months to weeks. Integrated with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing, the Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management application provides a meter-to-cash process that supports both current meter and smart meter deployments.
Eesti Energia selected the Oracle products in 2008.
