Providea Conferencing, LLC Opens International Office in the United Kingdom

Supporting the Company's growing list of global customers and facilitating new International business opportunities

CAMARILLO, California and BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, England, May 3, 2011 - Providea Conferencing, LLC announced today the formation of Providea
Conferencing Limited, UK; this marks the award winning (Cisco ATP Partner,
Polycom Platinum Partner and LifeSize Direct Partner) Videoconferencing and
Managed Services leader's first office outside of the United States.

Additionally, the Company confirmed that UK-based Clare Ryan, a
videoconferencing and network industry sales veteran was named Manager of
Sales and Operations for the new entity.

"Clare's extensive background in our industry at pioneering organizations
such as PictureTel and VTEL as well as her experience with network carriers
and conferencing service providers makes her an ideal person to lead our
initial efforts into the EMEA Theater. We have established ourselves as a

customers will be better served by Providea's local presence in Europe," said

Providea Conferencing Limited opened its UK Office in Buckinghamshire and
it is staffed by sales and support professionals. Additionally, plans are
currently underway to establish the Company's fourth VNOC/Co-Location
facility, which will be the Company's first in Europe.
