Redknee Presents at Key Billing, Charging and Customer Experience Management Events in March 2011
TORONTO, March 17, 2011 - Redknee (TSX:RKN) (www.redknee.com/), a leading provider of

communications service providers, will be highlighting key strategies for how
service providers can grow their revenues, improve the customer experience
and increase profitability at key industry events being held in March 2011.
At TM Forum Management World Middle East 2011 (
www.tmforum.org/ManagementWorldMiddle/8619/home.html), being held in
Dubai on 22-23 March 2011, Redknee's General Manager of Europe, Middle East
and Africa, will be presenting on how service providers can grow and maintain
revenues in increasingly competitive markets. In "Convergent charging the
champion to increasing subscribers and maximizing data revenues for an LTE
world," Mr Newton-Smith will discuss how convergent charging is critical to
increasing subscribers, encouraging data service consumption and maximizing
data revenues for a 4G world. In addition, Mr Newton-Smith is also presenting
"Successfully transforming BSS to increase subscribers and maximize revenues
in high growth markets" which will present the benefits of how operators in
high growth markets can transform their billing and customer care in order to
increase subscriber acquisition and maximize revenues. The presentations,
which include customer case studies, will be held on Tuesday March 22 at
2:00pm and 4:30pm respectively.
At this year's CTIA Wireless (www.ctiawireless.com/), Redknee will
join analyst firm, Heavy Reading, in the panel discussion "Policy & the Drive
to Monetize: From Concept to Case Study" (
www.ctiawireless.com/events/eventdetails.cfm/1241). Wai Shum, Director
of Business Line Management for Redknee's data solutions, will discuss the
use of policy control solutions and will present real-world case studies on
how service providers have successfully monetized their data services and the
opportunities for the future. Part of Heavy Reading's "Policy Management in
the 4G Era" live event at CTIA, the panel discussion is being held on
Wednesday 23 March at 2:00pm.
At the Frost & Sullivan's 5th Annual OSS BSS Asia Pacific Summit
(www.frost-apac.com/oss/asiapacific/), being held in Singapore from
23-24 March, Billy Liew, Redknee's General Manager of APAC, will join the
panel discussion on key strategies to improve the customer experience.
Moderated by Karl Whitelock, director of OSS/BSS strategy at Frost &
Sullivan, "Transforming the customer experience, it isn't just talk" is being
held on Thursday 24 March from 12:30pm.
