Scott Wilson Joins Cohn & Wolfe as London CEO

LONDON and NEW YORK, October 11, 2010 - Cohn & Wolfe today announced that Scott Wilson has joined as CEO of the
agency's London office, effective immediately. In the role, Wilson is
responsible for all operations and will provide strategic client counsel,
manage large teams, lead new business and ensure integration across the EMEA
region.
Wilson joins from Weber Shandwick where he had been Managing Director of
Consumer Marketing EMEA. The London office is Cohn & Wolfe's second largest
in the agency's global network. Its client roster includes world-renowned
brands such as Barclays, Heinz, Lloyds Banking Group, Novartis,
Colgate-Palmolive and Universal Studios among others. Wilson reports to Donna
Imperato, global CEO of Cohn & Wolfe.

Wilson held numerous positions for Weber Shandwick in the UK and across
EMEA during his eight years with the agency including Managing Director for
the UK Consumer Marketing practice, Head of Consumer Healthcare, Head of
Media and UK Public Sector Head. He also led numerous client programmes,
developing a passion for integrated marketing campaigns. During his four-year
tenure as UK Consumer Marketing MD, his client teams received more than 30
industry awards. Prior to joining Weber, Wilson was Head of Media at Porter
Novelli. He began his professional career as a journalist.
