LONDON, January 21, 2011 - A company controlled by Sir David Barclay & Sir Frederick Barclay has
purchased Misland (Cyprus) Investments Ltd ("Misland").

Misland owns approximately 24.8% of Coroin Limited, the parent company of
the Maybourne Hotel Group, owner of The Berkeley, The Connaught and
Claridge's hotels in London.
