ORLANDO, Florida, October 7, 2010 - Margaritaville is the leading and most recognizable "escape lifestyle"
brand in the United States. Established 25 years ago, this authentic tropical
concept has been successfully extended into restaurants, retail, consumer

S.A. (IMC) for locations at the San Juan Luis Munoz Marin International
Airport in Puerto Rico and the Tocumen Panama International Airport in
Panama. Additional sites are being considered in South America.

The restaurants feature classic American and island inspired cuisine as
well as nightly entertainment with live music. In addition to the signature
"Cheeseburger in Paradise", the menu offers sizzling fajitas, fresh seafood,
nachos, wings, barbecued ribs and steaks. While the company's restaurants
share menu items, every location features regional favorites like Clam
Chowder in New England and Gumbo in New Orleans. Margaritaville also offers
an extensive selection of Margaritas, boat drinks, frozen concoctions and
cold beer.

While Margaritaville is widely known for its restaurants, the brand has a
