Thomas J. Kent, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Kent Global, LLC, Forms a Joint Venture Partnership With Jack Bouroudjian, Chairman of Bull and Bear Partners

NEW YORK, December 6, 2011 -

Thomas J. Kent, Jr., Chairman and CEO of Kent Global, LLC, forms a joint venture partnership with Jack Bouroudjian.  Jack Bouroudjian was a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, from 1996 to 2002, during which time he helped demutualize the exchange and prepare for the pending IPO.  He served as Chairman of the Equity Indices Committee and was an integral part of the Executive Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. Jack was a driving force behind the successful introduction of the Revolutionary Emini Concepts to the market place. He was also Chairman or Co-Chairman of over a dozen products and regulatory committees during that time.

Aside from over 20-years of Futures Industry experience, Jack has had extensive amount of Media experience. He has done over one-thousand international and domestic live TV shots over the last several years, including CNBC, CNN, CNNFN, Bloomberg, PBS and countless local and regional broadcast. He currently is a regular market contributor on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” and also the author of the recent book called, “Secrets of Trading Pros.” Mr. Bouroudjian also has a radio talk show called the, “The Jack B Show,” it’s a syndicated talk show that airs in 13 major markets.

Mr. Kent, Chairman and CEO of Kent Global, LLC, a New York based Merchant and Investment banking firm, states; “He can learn from Mr. Bouroudjian’s twenty years of experience in the investment world!” Mr. Kent goes on to state; “He is looking forward to building an International organization with Mr. Bouroudjian.” Mr. Kent, through the joint venture partnership, will bring a presence in New York City as well as in London, England.
