AMSTERDAM, July 19, 2010 - Under Armour Europe B.V. Under Armour and ASM Clermont Auvergne today
announced a comprehensive kit supplier agreement for Under Armour to supply
the full range of technical performance apparel for the 2010 French
Champions.

Under Armour, the originators of performance apparel, will design a new
ASM Clermont Auvergne playing kit based on the innovation and technology that
goes into the construction of their industry leading apparel, which is
produced for the highest levels of Welsh Rugby, as well as football and
American Football.

ASM Clermont Auvergne was attracted to Under Armour because of the
company's impressive approach to professional sports and success as a vibrant
global brand, and will debut the full kit at this year's season opener
against Perpignan on August 13th. The relationship will deliver player,
trainer, and support staff apparel for the club team.

"This is a great day for Under Armour in France and in all of Europe to
partner with the elite club ASM Clermont Auvergne, especially after their
tremendous and historic championship season," said Under Armour President and
Managing Director, Peter Mahrer. "We see this as a key building block for
establishing our authentic brand on-field as we grow our business in France."

"We were very impressed by the technology and Under Armour's experience
bringing the best products to top sport across the US and the world," said
ASM Clermont Auvergne Chief Executive, Jacques Pineau. "Though Under Armour's
partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union already brought them to the global
rugby stage, we will be the first club to wear their kit. With UA as our
partner, we're excited and ready to take on new challenges."

Under Armour is the Official Technical Partner to the Welsh Rugby Union
and to Hannover 96 Football Club in the German Bundesliga, as well as the
official baselayer partner to Borussia Dortmund and to Dublin GAA Football.

"Partnering with a new brand isn't an easy decision. The jersey is our
club symbol and like in all professions, we look for performance and
excellence," added ASM Clermont Auvergne Sport Director, Jean Marc Lhermet.
"The Under Armour quality, technology and product diversity led us to partner
with this top outfitter for the next 2 seasons, and we are privileged to wear
the best kit on the market."

Under Armour also has an elite athlete portfolio in France that includes
Clermont's own Jamie Cudmore as well as rugby stars Farid Sid, Geoffrey
Doumayrou, and football athletes Nicolas Douchez and Nicolas Plestan.
