TimeSight Systems(TM), the industry leader in Video Lifecycle Management

renowned background to TimeSight Systems as the company continues to grow and
evolve worldwide.

“The ability for TimeSight Systems to attract the quality of advisors
such as Sir Richard speaks to the power of TimeSight VLM solutions and its
potential to increase security worldwide,” said Charles Foley, CEO and
Chairman of TimeSight Systems. “Sir Richard’s knowledge, experience and
contacts are a welcome addition to our current high caliber advisory,
investment and management teams that will assist us in increasing the

retention of video surveillance data effective and affordable.”

Sir Richard joins a group of distinguished industry security veterans on
TimeSight Systems’ Strategic Advisory Board which includes Dr. Fran Harvey,

“Seldom have I seen technology advances that not only enhance our ability
to increase the effectiveness of security, but that simultaneously reduce the
budget burden normally associated with such initiatives,” said Sir Richard.
“TimeSight’s VLM technology presents a solution for the increased need for
security at affordable costs in today’s turbulent political and financial
climates. I look forward to working closely with TimeSight Systems and the
other members of the Strategic Advisory Board.”

Sir Richard was educated at the Monkton Combe School near Bath, England.
After a year at Kent School in the United States, he went to Queen’s College,
Cambridge, a favorite recruiting ground for the intelligence agencies. He
began his MI6 career in 1966 and two years later, received his first overseas
posting to the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. After postings in Prague, Paris and
Geneva, Sir Richard became head of the MI6 Washington station in 1991. He
