Virgin Trains Will Run Extra Trains for Football Fans Travelling Back From the Champions League Semi-Finals

LONDON - Virgin Trains will be running additional late evening trains to get fans home after the Champions League Semi-Final football matches between Manchester United and Arsenal.

There will be one extra train after each of the two matches. In the first leg on Wednesday 29 April, Manchester United will play Arsenal at Old Trafford, kick off 19:45. The return leg at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium will be on Tuesday 5 May, kick off 19:45.

For travel to the matches, there is a fast, frequent service of three trains an hour connecting the two cities in an average time of 2 hours 15 minutes.
