Volthaus and Module Manufacturer EGing Sign a Supply Agreement for Photovoltaic Modules

MAINBURG, Germany, February 10, 2011 - Volthaus GmbH is expanding its involvement in the photovoltaic market.
The company, which is based in southern Germany and specialises in the
comprehensive realisation of rooftop and free standing photovoltaic systems
throughout Europe as well as in the international trade of inverters and
modules, announced its strategic partnership with the module manufacturer
EGing Photovoltaic Technology.

The agreement stipulates that EGing will supply photovoltaic modules with
a total capacity of 20 MWp to Volthaus GmbH. The highly efficient products
will be used in projects beginning in 2011. "With Volthaus GmbH, we have
gained an experienced trans-regional photovoltaic partner. With our products,
we will support the company's activities nationally and internationally,"
says James Wang, Sales Director of EGing PV.

Volthaus GmbH, for its part, values the opportunity to broaden its sales
relationships by partnering with a company that covers the entire range of
products from ingots and wafers to cells and modules. "For us, the strategic
agreement is an important building block in order to move our services

International. "Up until now we have realised 1,800 photovoltaic systems,
ranging from systems for private homes to free standing systems. Our goal is

Italy."
