Waterlogic Norway Acquires Cool Chili

OSLO, Norway, March 15, 2010 - Waterlogic Norway is delighted to announce the completion of its Asset
Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of rival water dispenser operator,
Cool Chili AS, Norway.
Cool Chili is located in Oslo, Norway. The Company has been selling
Point-of-Use water coolers in the Norwegian market since 2002 and is the
fourth largest operator in the region.*
Matthew Lee, Managing Director of Waterlogic Norge AS, stated of the
acquisition, "The Cool Chili business model of rental, service and coffee
complements our current Oslo business and is part of Waterlogic's overall
Scandinavian expansion plan to grow organically and through acquisitions of
this nature".
This acquisition significantly increases Waterlogic's market share in
Norway and confirms Waterlogic as the overall market leader in the Norwegian
water cooler market. The management of Waterlogic Norway looks forward to
introducing its enlarged Customer base to the Waterlogic range of water
coolers and coffee solutions.
