Ziehm Imaging Gets a New Sister Company

NUREMBERG, Germany, September 27, 2011 -
ATON GmbH acquires the leading Mini C-arm company OrthoScan, Inc.
Ziehm Imaging herewith announces that its holding company ATON GmbH acquired 100% of the US based leading Mini C-arm specialist OrthoScan, Inc. This acquisition shows ATON’s continuous investment in the healthcare business with Ziehm Imaging being part of the ATON portfolio since 2004.
