Air China's Beijing-Stockholm Route Takes China-Sweden Relations to New Heights

BEIJING, June 2, 2010 - Air China joined over 300 representatives from both Sweden and China in
celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations at the Sweden-China Innovation
Week being held in Beijing from May 16 to May 22. Since 1950, Sweden and
China have worked together on strengthening their relationship through
cooperative research and development, bilateral trade, and cultural exchange.

Air China is the only airline offering non-stop service between Beijing
and Stockholm. Flight CA911, available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
and Sunday, departs from Beijing at 1:50pm and arrives in Stockholm at 5:20pm
local time, with a flight time of 9 hours and 30 minutes. The return flight
CA912 departs from Stockholm at 7:10pm and arrives in Beijing at 9:40am local
time, with a flight time of 8 hours. Compared with connecting flights, Air
China's non-stop flight will save passengers 3 to 5 hours. The passengers who
book earlier can enjoy a discount price starting at RMB4,800.
In addition to the Beijing-Stockholm route, Air China also offers flights
to Stockholm through Beijing from over 50 cities in China. Passengers arrive
in Sweden on the same day as departure.
Swedish passengers flying Air China through Beijing will also benefit
from an easier transit flight to Asian Pacific cities like Hong Kong, Tokyo
and Singapore. The trip promises to be more convenient and affordable than
other options.
