Glowing reviews for Bond as it scores highly across the board in Payroll World‘s Payroll Manager Software and Human Resources Software 2011 Software User Satisfaction Survey
Bond International Software www.bondinternationalsoftware.com , the provider of modular yet integrated HR Payroll software, has been singled out as one of the top payroll manager software suppliers in Payroll World’s Software User Satisfaction Survey 2011. Bond scored highly across the board, with criteria including quality of project management, price and ease of use. Indeed, 100% of Bond end-users said that they would recommend the system to others.
With approximately 400 Payroll World readers responding, this year’s survey has been a litmus test of end-users’ experience of a number of different systems currently available on the market. Respondents were asked what their typical considerations were when selecting both a human resources software and a payroll software supplier, before rating their existing supplier out of five (one being ‘very poor,’ five being ‘exceptional’) on these different decision factors. The survey results were based on the top 16 suppliers for which satisfaction ratings were provided.
Criteria to consider when choosing the supplier ranged from the quality of project management, the reputation, price and post-installation support, whilst respondents felt the most important things to look for in the actual system were ongoing legislative compliance, ease of use, and its ability to integrate payroll and HR systems.
Highlights of the survey included:
- 100% of Bond customers said that they would recommend the software to others
Factors to consider when choosing a supplier
- Bond came second when rated on the quality of project management, installation and implementation (overall score of 4.33, average score was 3.71)
- Bond came second when rated on its price list (overall score of 4.00, average score was 3.71)
- Bond was consistently above average on all factors considered to be the most important by respondents when choosing a HR Payroll software supplier

- Bond came second when rated on ease of use (overall score of 4.60, average score was 3.85)
- Bond came third when rated on achieving ongoing legislative compliance (overall score of 4.40, average score was 4.02)
Noting Bond’s impressive results across the board, Tim Richards, Managing Director at Bond International Software, comments, “It is fantastic to see that we have been rated so favourably in this year’s Payroll World User Satisfaction Survey.
