Bott & Co Solicitors Launch Personal Injury iPhone Application

LONDON, December 3 - Law firm Bott & Co has launched the UK's first Personal Injury iPhone
application on iTunes that allows claimants to get instant access to a
personal injury solicitor if they have been involved in an accident.

The 'Car Incident Assistant' application and software developed by the IT
Team at Bott & Co specialist personal injury lawyers gives accident victims
the ability to get instant advice and guidance including access to a
specialist over the phone via the Bott & Co call centre.

Potential claimants can click 'help', enter all the details of the other
party and all the accident details. The application then connects to the
firms live 24-hour accident help system and downloads accident advice to
their phones instantly or offers to call them. The injury app then assists a
claimant to collect all necessary information through a unique and innovative
user interface allowing individuals the ability to collect people and vehicle
information, capture location details, capture photographs of the accident
and accumulate any witness or accident information through a full multi media
set of applications

David Bott, Managing Partner of Bott & Co commented, "the advice a
potential claimant gets is free, if they then want to proceed with a claim we
will then process the claim and look after the damaged vehicle and even
ensure the accident victim can get home. Its all about customer service and
we feel this application gives any accident victim instant comfort that

policy holders".

Once Bott & Co have been instructed via the iPhone app Bott & Co also
allow claimants to track their case online and will arrange appointments for
any medical reports or rehabilitation and send text up dates and reminders.
