LONDON, June 24, 2010 - Telco 2.0 'Best Practice Live!' is a virtual (online) event,
with the aim to give players across the Telecoms, Media and Technology sector
tangible examples of what they can do to enhance their business models, using
rich, interactive virtual event technology to disseminate and discuss these
practical ideas.
Buongiorno will contribute with tier1 case studies in the
panel section "Customer Management 2.0:Improving the customer experience

How does Telco 2.0 Best Practice Live! work ? The event is made
up of video presentations, which are then broadcast online at set times as
part of the event. Online Q&A between speakers (and their representatives)
and delegates follows afterwards. There are multiple tracks and an online
exhibition. The event is broadcasted on 29th June from 9am to 17am British
Summer Time and is then available 'on-demand' afterwards for 3 months.
