Call for Awards Nominations - USA India Business Summit

ATLANTA, Georgia, April 1, 2010 - The first annual USA India Business Summit (UIBS) is being held in
Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on May 10th-11th, 2010 with the theme of "Growing
Business and Promoting Entrepreneurship."
Georgia Governor, the Honorable Sonny Perdue, and Ambassador of India to
USA, Her Excellency Ms. Meera Shankar, will be among the many dignitaries
attending the summit. Goal of this premier bi-national summit is to
accelerate business and investment in key areas with special emphasis to
connect small to large size companies.
Nominations are now being accepted from profit, non-profit, individuals,
government organizations who are based in USA and India. Nominees must show
outstanding entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and commitment to promote USA
India Business and Trade. The call for nominations closes on 5 p.m. (EST US
Time) Monday, April 19, 2010.
UIBS 2010 Awards will cover Strategic tracks/industries of interest -
Exports to USA or India, Technology, Agriculture and Forestry, Healthcare
including Pharma, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Venture Capital &
Investment, Auto & Auto Parts, Tourism & Hotel Industries, Manufacturing,
Supply Chain & Logistics, Human Resources & Manpower Development. Additional
categories are; Young Entrepreneur, Outstanding Business Leader and Community
Builder. Nominees will be contacted for additional information to demonstrate
their eligibility for the award and interest to be nominated.
