COBHAM, England, February 3, 2011 - Cargill is to become a corporate partner of the Wildfowl &
Wetlands Trust (WWT), one of the world's largest and most respected wetland
conservation organisations, in order to support conservation and preserve
biodiversity in the UK and abroad. The two year, GBP27,000 partnership will
help strengthen WWT's work and enable Cargill employees to participate in
activities at the nine UK WWT centres around the country.

Speaking on behalf of WWT, Corporate Relations Manager, John
Creedon
, says, "Having Cargill join our Corporate Patrons Scheme really
endorses the vital work of WWT. We are committed to halting, and reversing,
the degradation of the world's wetlands and we rely on support such as this
in order to achieve our goals as the UK's leading wetlands conservation
charity."

The partnership will enable Cargill employees to get involved
with their local WWT centres either through volunteering or through access to
the various membership benefits of WWT.

"Supporting the work of WWT meets Cargill's aims to invest in
our local communities and contribute to the environmental stewardship of
important areas where we have a business presence. We are really excited
about promoting this partnership to our employees in the UK as a way of
involving them in WWT's work and continuing to raise awareness of the issues
which our wetlands are facing," says Taryn Barclay, corporate responsibilty
