Clearstone Expands Testing Capabilities at Laboratory in Toronto

TORONTO, March 31, 2010 - Clearstone Central Laboratories, a leading global provider of clinical
laboratory and centralized cardiac services for clinical trials, today
announced the expansion of testing capabilities at its Toronto laboratory.
Additional safety as well as esoteric testing capacity and capabilities will
be added to the existing operations.

Jersey facility will be winding down over a six month period, with any
remaining studies to be transitioned to the Toronto laboratory."
