From its location in Al-Khobar, ComRent International's Middle East
office will be responsible for providing best-in-class testing of critical
backup and primary power systems across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)
and the Middle East. The company is scheduled to open its doors in December.

When asked about the decision to expand operations to the Middle East,
Paul Clewell, Vice President, Global Development for ComRent International,
commented, "We expect Saudi Arabia's energy consumption to more than double
in the next 15 years, giving rise to a more concentrated effort to leverage
today's technology to develop more efficient power systems.

"By partnering with Power Engineering, we have created a comprehensive
power testing service that will diminish the testing challenges currently
faced by local energy and power consultants, service providers and
manufacturers," Clewell said. "Together we will help ensure safe sustainable
power operations across the Middle East."

Clayton Taylor, President of ComRent International, added, "We're very
fortunate to have found a partner who shares our dedication to meeting
power-related needs of customers in many industries; oil and gas, maritime,
data centers, utilities and the military are among sectors that we'll be
supporting in the Middle East. Additionally, Power Engineering and ComRent
share very similar corporate philosophies, placing high value on customer
success and doing what it takes to remain at the forefront of the power
industry in our respective areas of expertise."

Power Engineering is part of the 100 percent Saudi-owned Almisehal Group,
which is well known for its services to the major oil companies and telecom
operators in the Kingdom. Paul Anderson, head of business development for
Power Engineering, is coordinating ComRent's initial operations in the Middle
East
.

According to Mr. Yasser Al-Misehal, President of Power Engineering, "We
have a strong track record in our Group for delivering mission-critical
support across the Kingdom to customers who have high standards and require
second-to-none support and quality. Communication networks and IT systems as
well as primary and standby power systems are among the deliverables we
provide."

"Having invested heavily in our company's own infrastructure, we
consistently look to identify key services and offerings that would
complement our current portfolio and fill a market requirement whilst
utilizing our existing business assets. Load banks and power testing
fulfilled our analysis criteria as they are key elements in the growth of the
Kingdom's infrastructure," he said.

"While assessing the load bank and power testing market, we quickly
realized that ComRent International is the market leader and would be the
partner of choice for any company expanding into this market segment. Power
Engineering is proud to align itself with ComRent International and is
committed to ensuring the success of ComRent's operations in the Middle East.
Through this strategic collaboration, we will bring new levels of power
safety and availability to one of the strongest growing economies in the
world," Yasser Al-Misehal said.

Power Engineering's customer base encompasses every corner of KSA and
beyond, covering numerous market areas that include the telecoms, oil and
gas, utilities, commercial and industrial sectors. Power Engineering is a
full turnkey supplier, able to manage all aspects of a project cycle from
design and integration to supply, installation and maintenance.

For more than a decade, ComRent has developed protocols that set the
