CPA Global Appoints David Harrel as Chairman

ST HELIER, Jersey, February 9, 2011 - CPA Global, the world's leading provider of legal services
outsourcing (LSO) and intellectual property (IP) management services, today
announced the appointment of David Harrel as Chairman. Harrel, former Senior
Partner at major City law firm SJ Berwin, succeeds Geoffrey Grime, who will
remain on the board as a non-executive director.

SJ Berwin has consistently been one of the fastest-growing
City law firms and is now one of the biggest. Harrel was a founding partner
of the firm and served as Senior Partner from 1992-2006. In that time, SJ
Berwin grew from 30 partners to 150, and significantly expanded its
international network, opening offices in Brussels, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich,
Milan and Madrid.

Since retiring as a partner at SJ Berwin, Harrel has taken on
a series of corporate and advisory roles, including Senior Independent
Director at investment and wealth management firm Rathbone Brothers PLC;
non-executive directorships at property investment company Wichford PLC and
broking and investment service provider Kyte Group Ltd; and senior adviser to
Proven, an international investigative company. He is also on the board of
English National Opera and a trustee of a number of charitable trusts.
